CONGRAD Project Meeting in Budva

28 Nov 2012 - 1 Dec 2012

The CONGRAD Project Meeting, hosted by University of Montenegro (Montenegro), was attended by 36 representatives from all CONGRAD partner institutions. The main objective of the CONGRAD Workshop on questionnaire development was to discuss the latest draft of the CONGRAD Questionnaire and to agree on the questionnaire for the initial graduate survey. The participants took part in the workshop consisting of keynote speeches, working group sessions and joint discussions. Alongside the workshop, the third meeting of the CONGRAD Steering Committee was held, where the CONGRAD Questionnaire was adopted.

Joint discussions of the latest draft of the CONGRAD Questionnaire, which has been developed by the CONGRAD Questionnaire Working Group over the last couple of months, led to a mutual agreement on the CONGRAD Questionnaire. Additionally, keynote speeches presented by external experts provided important input regarding the actual questionnaire development and pre-testing procedures, and related to the purpose and potentials of graduate survey results and their integration at institutions. In her keynote speech Gabriela Jitaru (UEFISCDI, Romania) presented the experiences with questionnaire development, which were made in the Romanian graduate survey project. Lutz Heidemann (University of Paderborn, Germany) gave a keynote speech on the application of graduate survey results at institutional level.
